How to Play Bubble Bobble Online - NES Instructions and Story
Bubble Bobble was a simple game that involved avoiding enemies and trapping them in bubbles while collecting items. These items included fruit and letters. You can Jump with the A-button and shoot bubbles with the B-button. The game was created in 1986 and features 100 regular levels. If you beat these 100 levels with both dinosaurs you can play the next quest called Super Bubble Bobble. If you beat this more difficult second quest (another 100 levels) you will see the True Ending.
The music in this game gets repetitive and annoying very fast. The playable screen is a non-moving screen that moves screen to screen as you complete levels. It is a fun game but it doesn't have great replay value. It will cost 500 Wii Points when available on Wii Shop (five dollars equivalent). That will be the easiest way to play this classic Nes game without going to yard sales or eBay.
The storyline is very basic like most Original Nintendo games. Two Bubble Dragons Bub a green dinosaur and Bob a blue dinosaur appearing creature. They must travel through the Cave of the Monsters to rescue their girlfriends. A very cheesy plot that leads straight into game play. It is a very easy game to pick up with no prior playing of the game.
Bubble Bobble 2 was only released for Nes and Gameboy not for Arcade like previous installment. It was not as popular as the Original Bubble Bobble but it still had the same charm. They are both popular Nintendo games that most Nes owners will remember. Have fun playing the Original Bubble Bobble.
