Bamboo Flash Drives - The Best of Technology and Ecology

Any promotional items that your company or organization gives out will need to be things that your customers will use on a regularly. You would want your name and logo at the fingertips of your customers, clients, future customers, and even your employees. When it is, they, along with those around them, will think of your name and your business services every time they see the item in their hand.

One such item that will be in your customers' hands frequently is a flash drive. More and more people use flash drives; they are quickly replacing CDs as the favourite method of transferring files from one computer to another. They are becoming indispensable for both business and personal use. A branded flash drive with your logo on it will ensure that whoever is using it will think of your organization every time they see your personalization on it.

One unique type of promotional flash drive is the bamboo flash drive. Instead of being manufactured out of plastic, these little items are made from hardened bamboo. This is a much more ecologically friendly choice than petroleum-based plastics, since bamboo is a renewable resource, unlike petroleum, which is a fossil fuel. Your clients will be impressed that you are responsible enough to choose an earth-friendly option for your promotional products. In addition, they are very attractive items, with the bamboo being offered in both a light and dark finish and your name carved or embossed elegantly on the front.

Branded bamboo flash drives are not only useful and attractive, they offer the same level of storage as other flash drives and are equally easy to use. They come in storage capacities of 64, 128 256, or 512 megabytes or 1 or 2 gigabytes. They are not very expensive, especially considering that people will use them several times a day for years. They can be as low as under 11 each. The area for your logo is 3 centimetres by 1 centimetre, and your name can be carved or embossed in a single colour, though extra colours are often available for an extra charge. They also come with a lifetime warranty to protect against any damage or malfunction. They come on key chains, on strings or lanyards for hanging around your neck, or by themselves, in square edge, round edge, or round shapes. Some companies will even customize the shape of the flash drive casing to suggest your company's logo, so you can get your name out there with more than just words.

Some promotional companies sell these branded bamboo flash drives in corresponding boxes and packaging. This is an excellent idea if you are giving these flash drives as gifts, since your brand will be even more visible on the packaging than on the flash drive. The packaging is also made of bamboo, with all materials being guaranteed to be ecologically friendly and durable. It makes a perfect gift box from a promotional point of view; the box is even a valuable part of the gift!

On Final Fantasy VII - Crisis Core

If you're thinking about buying or downloading crisis core, spend no more time on the matter because it is worth it.

I have always been a fan of the series however I have learned to hold back my joy until I have my dirty little hands on the game and know it is a winner. While Square-Enix has released a host of terrific games, there have been some that are less than stellar to be sure.

Action:The game is certainly long enough, however it is an action RPG, so if that turns you off, it may not be the right game. The battle system was actually lacking a bit. Most of the first half of the adventure is hack and slash and the second half involved staying alive long enough to cast the powerhouse spells, pray for the right limit breaks, and fuse materia until your eyes are bleeding.

Story: Final fantasy storylines usually are fairly amazing. This one is no exception. Probobly the best feature of the game, the story got into the heavy issues of notions of god, man vs. machine, genetic modification, jealously, anger and all of the other subjects that make a person keep reading. This is bar none the best aspect of the game because it fills in many of the blanks left by the notorious Final Fantasy 7. This is enough reason alone to buy the game.

Graphics: Terrific. Enough said. I was blown away and for the first time, really saw the power of the PSP engine. You are treated to stunning summoning visuals, great in-game cutscenes and a very decorated enviornment to play in. There is a good deal of eye candy to be seen here.

Replay value: High. New game plus allows the player to go back and pick up all the goodies they missed out on. Without a strategy guide, it would be pretty easy to miss a good portion of the game and there are enough secrets to unlock that it gives the player plenty of value.

Overall, the game was very good. I give it an 8.5/10. It would be higher but for the somewhat boring and random combat system.

A giant star on a Macy's store shines as heavy snow falls late at night Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008, in downtown Seattle, which rarely sees such major snow levels. Very few cars were on city streets at night, but there was heavy pedestrian traffic as people took in the sights and sounds of the winter storm. Warren)AP - A fierce winter storm blew in from the Pacific, bringing up to 2 feet of snow, icy wind and a nightmare for holiday travelers already stymied by winter's dance across the northern half of the country.
